June 22, 2016Kathleen Devlin and Julia Talarick were recently appointed to serve on the Malpractice Insurance Committee of the New Jersey State Bar Association. Among its tasks, this Special Committee monitors developments in malpractice insurance law. Ms. Devlin was also appointed to serve on the Insurance Benefits Committee. This Committee explores various coverage options for bar members. The Committee strives to improve products as they are developed and add new coverage that becomes available, not only to benefit members, but also to attract new members.
