Julia C. Talarick served as a Moderator at the New Jersey State Bar Association’s Annual Convention, held in Atlantic City, New Jersey, on May 18, 2016. Ms. Talarick participated in a seminar entitled “Overview, New Developments and Ethical Consideration: Additional Insured and Contractual Indemnification,” given by the Insurance Law Section of the New Jersey State Bar Association. The seminar addressed new developments in areas of additional-insured coverage and contractual indemnification. Ms. Talarick led a question-and- answer session that included discussions on insurers’ responses to tenders of coverage, breach-of- contract claims, and the ethical issues that arise in representing multiple insureds.
