Julia C. Talarick serves as New Jersey State Bar Association’s First Annual Cyber Conference Moderator

Julia C. Talarick served as a Moderator at the New Jersey State Bar Association’s First Annual Cyber Conference, held in New Brunswick, New Jersey, on June 14, 2016. Ms. Talarick participated in a panel discussion entitled “The Ethical Imperatives of Cyber Security for Lawyers, Law Firms and Businesses.” The day-long seminar addressed several areas of Cyber Security including the risks faced by New Jersey businesses; security and breach responses; cyber litigation; insurance for cyber risks, and ethical issues facing in-house and outside counsel. Ms. Talarick led a panel that included discussions on the ethical rules implicated, cyber exposures for lawyers, and compliance with the client’s guidelines.
