May 31, 2017Julia C. Talarick was a featured speaker at the May 2017 New Jersey State Bar Convention on insurance coverage issues relating to ridesharing and autonomous vehicles. Her presentation discussed federal policies and state legislation and regulations of such vehicles. The presentation also addressed insurance coverage issues expected to arise in the future involving the sale of autonomous vehicles and mechanisms for risk transfer with regard to autonomous vehicles.
