Justin Kinney spoke at the New York State Bar Association’s Insurance Coverage Update CLE program: Insurance Coverage: A Glimpse Forward and a Glance Back, on Friday, May 18, 2018. His topic was “The Many Policies Involved in a Construction Project” and the presentation included an overview of the typical policies in play for construction project losses as well as key coverage issues litigated regarding such policies.
