Justin N. Kinney Speaks at the New York State Bar Association on Insurance Coverage

On May 21, 2017, Justin N. Kinney was a featured speaker at the New York State Bar Association’s recent Coverage Seminar: Updates and Hot Trending Topics Affecting Insurance Coverage. His presentation, entitled “The Trigger of Coverage Conundrum,” focused on the insurance company perspective regarding certain coverage issues, including distinguishing among various trigger theories, allocation, non-cumulation clauses and co-insurance with long-tail claims; and single year issues. Mr. Kinney gave the presentation in New York City along with Robert Horkovich, Esq., from Anderson Kill, who presented the policyholder perspective. Mr. Kinney also presented both perspectives at the New York State Bar Association’s Coverage Seminar held in Long Island on May 19, 2017.
