Kathleen Devlin Moderated Seminars on Insurance Law and the Cannabis Industry and Insurance Coverage and COVID-19 Losses

Kathleen Devlin, the Chair of the Insurance Law Section of the New Jersey State Bar Association (“NJSBA”), moderated a seminar at the NJSBA Annual Convention on May 19, 2021, which was conducted in a virtual format. The seminar, “Insurance Coverage Issues and Trends Raised by Coronavirus Losses,” addressed various insurance coverage issues and claims related to the Covid-19 pandemic.
