Christian Bruun
Christian Bruun is an associate with the Firm. He practices in the areas of insurance coverage, commercial litigation, premises liability and personal injury defense.
Chris has extensive experience in defending commercial landlords and tenants in personal injury and property damage cases. Serving the interests of property owners and other insureds, he sets in motion a carefully conceived resolution plan designed to determine likely exposure and identify resolution options that ultimately conclude in outcomes that adhere to the client's prescribed guidelines. Chris understands that clients prefer quick and cost-effective solutions over complex and potentially protracted liability cases, and he aims to accelerate turnaround through procedural and substantive dismissals, successful tenders and negotiated settlements. He uses his strong analytical skills to evaluate cases in the discovery process, enabling the firm's clients to determine whether claims should be resolved early in the litigation process without incurring defense costs or if the case should be fully litigated and taken to trial.
Prior to joining KLRW, Chris worked at a New Jersey firm focusing on insurance defense, personal injury defense, property damage defense and product liability defense.
