James P. Lisovicz
James P. Lisovicz is a shareholder of the Firm.
Jim has 40 years of civil trial experience and has taken over 75 verdicts in premises liability, construction and construction defect, products liability, and insurance coverage matters. Jim‘s insurance practice is focused on general liability, commercial/auto, workers' compensation and employment.
Prior to founding Kinney Lisovicz Reilly & Wolff, Jim was a founding partner of Coughlin Duffy and was the Practice Group Leader for that firm's Defense Litigation Group for 12 years. Mr. Lisovicz was a Partner with McElroy, Deutsch &Mulvaney, LLP from November 1995 through March 2004 and served as the Practice Group Leader of that firm's Defense Practice Group until his departure. Prior thereto he was an Associate and then Partner with Sellar Richardson from 1982 through 1994.
