Kevin G. Monaghan
Mr. Monaghan is an associate of the Firm. His practice concentrates in the areas of insurance coverage and defense.
Mr. Monaghan joined KLRW in June 2023. He has extensive experience in many areas of litigation, including personal injury, malpractice, residential, commercial, and construction.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Monaghan represented individuals and corporations in matters involving general liability. Before that, he served as a law clerk to the Honorable Lisa A. Firko, Superior Court of New Jersey, Appellate Division, for the 2021-2022 Term. He also interned for the Honorable Anne M. Patterson, New Jersey Supreme Court, from January to May 2020.
